Who’s who.

Our small but mighty team know how to get things done.

Katie Lowe - “The Boss”

Lead Creative and Storyteller-In-Chief, Katie is our top dog on all things design and creative. And we’re not kidding about the storytelling bit. When she’s not coming up with brilliant narratives for brands, she’s an internationally published novelist.

Lydia Jones - “The Artist”

No, really—Lydia’s a proper artist, whose watercolours have to be seen to be believed. But by day, she’s also one of our Account Executives—working on a little bit of everything to keep Katie, Ian and our roster of freelancers on track and our clients basking in a warm glow of satisfaction.

Ian Murray – “The Guru”

Our go-to Account Management, Ian is the knowledge when it comes to building a campaign—and his little black book of suppliers is second-to-none. Which means no matter how out-there our pitch goes (and out-there we can go)—Ian knows how to get it done.

Adam Gourlay – “The Chef”

Adam is a true OG, joining Katie to get Covid-19 vaccines to our local community back in 2021. A former chef, Adam now cooks up in-house campaigns for our General Practice and primary care services—while making the rest of us jealous with photos of his lunch.

Nikita Deu- “The Apprentice”

Cue the theme music—Nikita’s on an apprenticeship with us this year, cutting her marketing teeth on all things digital. The youngest member of the Remedy team, she’s the one Katie asks when trying to work out whether an idea is genius or cringe.

Mouse – “The Boss’s Boss”

Katie’s cat—who, since we’re fully remote, can and will make his presence felt during late afternoon meetings. We’d like to pretend he doesn’t run the show, but he does. We’re sorry in advance.

We stretch.

We’re also supported by a team of freelancers and suppliers who just get it - helping us flex up quickly when we need specialist skills or extra resource for those big campaigns. By working on a “stretchy” model, we can keep our costs low - and our profits flowing back into local GP services.
